Making sure you’re protected while shopping on our marketplace is one of our top priorities. That’s
why purchases made through our platform are supported by our Buyer Protection Policy.

Buyer Protection Includes:

  1. Protection of Your Purchases
    You may be eligible for a refund if:
  • Your item doesn’t arrive
  • It arrives damaged
  • It is significantly not as described

To report an issue, please press contact the vendor within 28 days of delivery.
Claims raised after this timeframe may not be eligible.

If no issue is reported within the 28 day window, the order will be marked as complete and funds
released to the seller.

  1. Simple Return Process
    If your claim is approved:
  • Return the item using tracked shipping within 28 days
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed
  1. No Returns for Change of Mind
    As we are a peer-to-peer marketplace, returns are not accepted for reasons like: wrong size,
    changed your mind, or colour preference.
