Seller Protection Policy

We’re committed to creating a fair and safe marketplace. While buyers are protected, sellers are
also safeguarded-when acting in good faith and following guidelines.
What’s Protected:

  • You ship items on time using tracked delivery
  • Your item matches the listing description
  • You provide valid proof of postage and tracking

What’s Not Covered:

  • The item is significantly different from the listing
  • The item is shipped late or without tracking
  • You fail to respond to buyer issues

To Stay Protected:

  • Use tracked and insured delivery
  • Provide accurate descriptions and images
  • Ship within 1-3 business days

Dispute Resolution:
