also safeguarded-when acting in good faith and following guidelines.
What’s Protected:
- You ship items on time using tracked delivery
- Your item matches the listing description
- You provide valid proof of postage and tracking
What’s Not Covered:
- The item is significantly different from the listing
- The item is shipped late or without tracking
- You fail to respond to buyer issues
To Stay Protected:
- Use tracked and insured delivery
- Provide accurate descriptions and images
- Ship within 1-3 business days
Dispute Resolution:
