Delivery & Shipping Policy
This policy outlines how items are dispatched and delivered across our UK-only marketplace.
- Dispatch Times
Sellers are expected to dispatch items within 1-3 business days from order confirmation. - Delivery Method
All items must be shipped using a tracked delivery service (e.g., Royal Mail, Evri, DPD). Sellers
must upload a tracking number once dispatched. - Delivery Locations
We currently only support shipping within the United Kingdom. - Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are either set by the seller or calculated automatically. These are visible to buyers
before purchase. - Tracking & Updates
Tracking numbers are required. Buyers can view delivery status in their account dashboard.
